Shipping
Delivery to most parts of Australia is estimated to be up to 7 working days depending on your location, in most cases sooner than this. Wireless 1 will endeavour to solve any delivery issues that may arise as soon as we are made aware of the issue.
Investigations into lost or damaged parcels in transit can take up to 3 weeks to complete. You will be informed every step of the way. Items without insurance will not be covered in the event of loss or damage in transit.
Wireless 1 is not responsible for estimated delivery times and will not be held liable for any loss of income, loss of profits, loss of contracts, loss of data or for any indirect or consequential loss or damage of any kind howsoever arising and whether caused by tort (including negligence), breach of contract or otherwise due to delivery issues.

In the unlikely event that your product is lost in transit, we will always to investigate and rectify the situation for you.

As we ship thousands of orders every day, we're not able to check up on the status of everyone's deliveries, so please we rely on you to let us know if an item hasn't arrived as expected.
Payments
Payments are processed on business days (Monday-Friday). Payments are not processed on weekends or public holidays. Payments made after 11:30am, may be processed during the next business day. We will endeavour to dispatch your item within 24-48 hours of receiving payment, however in some instances this may not be possible, and in which case you will be notified.
We currently accept PayPal, MasterCard / Visa (through Adyen Payments) other payment options will soon be available.
Please note, if we do not receive your payment for an order within 2 working days of it being placed, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
If you are paying by PayPal, please make sure your PayPal delivery address has been entered in your PayPal profile and that it matches where you wish the parcel to be sent, before selecting PayPal as a payment method this is so PayPal will have the correct address for this order. Orders that have PayPal addresses that do not match orders may be refunded rather than delivered.
Important Credit Card and Paypal Information
At Wireless 1 we take fraud seriously, and as such, we take all necessary steps to ensure your purchase is secure. For larger orders we may request the following:

A faxed or email copy of your Drivers Licence and Credit card to ensure you are the credit card holder. The address on the drivers licence must match the delivery address.

Future orders after the first verification may be subject to random checks

All orders will be subject to name and address verification before being processed.

Any suspected fraudulent activity will be reported to the police.
We also follow the Privacy Act 1988 when it comes to handling your personal information, and you can visit our privacy policy for more information.
Correctness of Information and Stock Quantities
We take pride in providing you with correct and current information regarding our products, however from time to time the information may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. We therefore reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

Please note that such errors, inaccuracies or omissions may relate to product description, pricing and availability. We also reserve the right to limit quantities (including after you have submitted your order). We will endeavour to resolve any issues with correctness or stock quantities to the best of our ability, however if this can not be done, we will refund the order for you.

Warranty and Returns
Any item outside DOA (Dead on Arrival) warranty can be sent directly to the manufacturer. Manufacturer details and return instructions can be found in the warranty pages. Products received by you which are dead on arrival (“DOA”) are defined as products that fail to function substantially in accordance with published specifications due to defects in manufacturing or materials.
Wireless 1 can return items to manufacturers on your behalf under the warranty period. Please note that we do not guarantee timeframes on any warranty items as this is at the sole discretion of the manufacturers. Customers must pay for postage to Wireless 1 should they request us to organise the warranty on their behalf.
A refund can only be credited if an item is deemed as faulty by the manufacturer. Refunds will generally be credited within 3-5 working days.
Any products returned to Wireless 1 with “Exceptions to Change of Mind” below will be considered an invalid return. You will not receive an exchange, refund or credit for the Product if you had one of “Exceptions to Change of Mind” below. For instructions about requesting a return, see "How to Return an Unwanted Item or Change of Mind" below.
Faulty goods are subject to manufacturer warranty terms and conditions. If you return an item and it is non-faulty a fee of up to $55 (Inc GST) may apply.
Non-faulty goods may not be subject to refund or exchange.
Any item that is returned to us that meets DOA requirements, (faulty or damaged) the postage is covered by the buyer and is not refundable.
Exceptions to Change of Mind
Wireless 1 “Change of Mind Policy” does not apply:

- To customised products that have been built to your specific requirements;

- To products not returned to Wireless 1 in new condition;

- To products returned to Wireless 1 without all media, documentation and accessories.

- To products with physical damage.
Before returning a product to Wireless 1
Please remove any:

- Additional software and personal information; and
-
- Hardware components which you have installed yourself on the Product after you received it.

- Individual CDs or DVDs you used to install drivers for any hardware products; and
-
- Passwords used to block access to the operating system or any other software components that came with the Product.
Wireless 1 will not restore or transfer any data or software from any Product returned and may result in the loss of any user-generated data. Please ensure that you have made a copy of any data saved on your goods.
Please note that refunds cannot be issued until Wireless 1 receives the original Product back. Refunds for all purchases will be given using your original payment method. Refunds will be initiated with the banks within 5-7 business days.

How to return an unwanted item or change of mind
To return a product please use the following steps:

Please call ASUS Support on 1300 278 788 (Mon-Fri 9:00am to 6:00pm AEST) for assistance.

Provide your original ‘Order Number’ and any related ‘Serial Number’ from your purchase.

Once approved, ASUS Support will help to arrange the collection of the goods free of charge on a mutually convenient date.

Please ensure you obtain tracking or proof of delivery, as without this, we will be unable to process your refund.

The ASUS Support will provide you with a reference for your claim, and a courier Consignment label will be emailed. This label needs to be printed and attached to the outer packaging to process your goods upon return to our warehouse quickly.
Please note if you are waiting to receive another order at this eShop, please be aware that the delivery and the collection will be done by two different drivers (drivers are not permitted to accept unplanned packages).
Restocking Products and Cancelling Orders
Accepted product returns, product exchanges, and order cancellations may incur a restocking fee of up to $15 or 15% of the items cancelled whichever is higher. We have outlined a few scenarios below:

For orders placed through our website if the order has already been packed or despatched the order may not be subject to cancellation.

We will not be liable for any loss of income, loss of profits, loss of contracts, loss of data or for any indirect or consequential loss or damage of any kind howsoever arising and whether caused by tort (including negligence), breach of contract or otherwise.
Our maximum aggregate liability for any Product supplied to you whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise shall in no circumstances exceed the amount payable by you to us in respect of the Product(s) in question.
